On the afternoon of December 4, I held the 2018 Middle-level Cadre Debriefing and Assessment Conference. He believed that the middle-level cadres could attach great importance to the work of this work report ideologically, fully prepared, and put forward several requirements for the middle-level cadres: first, to improve their political position and be loyal to the enterprise. It is necessary to firmly establish the four consciousnesses, highlight the absolute leadership of the party, and establish the concept of party spirit. In politics, ideology, and organization, party members must play a vanguard and exemplary role; state-owned enterprises, especially management cadres at all levels, must have a clear understanding and highlight the party. It is necessary to continuously improve work ability and comprehensive quality, learn from books and practice, learn from doing, learn from old comrades, old leaders, and colleagues, learn from their strengths and strengths, and make up for their shortcomings. It is necessary to read more books, learn knowledge systematically, and continuously improve communication, coordination and management capabilities through learning. The third is to be familiar with industry policies and be good at leading the team and soldiers. To be familiar with business operations and business processes, to use more brains, to be good at discovering problems, analyzing problems and solving problems; to take responsibility, to be responsible, you must do what you do, and you are not allowed to be a good person. Responsibility is attitude and style. Everyone must be brave to take responsibility; be good at arranging and distributing work, and lead a good team to win and fight tough battles, through experience and wrestling, all subordinates can be independent. Fourth, we must be honest and self-disciplined, abide by the law, and understand the rules. It is necessary to abide by the rules and regulations, to have a red line and bottom line awareness, the red line cannot be stepped on, the bottom line cannot be broken, to withstand temptation, and to keep the bottom line; no one is allowed to violate regulations, discipline, and make clean government mistakes; economic, network, and speech high-voltage lines are not allowed Touch; it is necessary to have good professionalism, diligence, unity and cooperation, honest work, rules, evidence, and procedures.
