In order to further enhance the image of the state-controlled food company, the company has upgraded and renovated the three branches. With the decoration project and the purchase and installation of display cabinets and office furniture in place, each branch is making great efforts to prepare for the opening of the new store. In order to ensure the smooth opening of all stores, strengthen safety supervision, and effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of safety accidents, on the afternoon of January 28, the company's general manager Shao Yong, deputy general manager Lei Ming, Ding Jiumi and the safety staff in charge went deep into the three branches to carry out safety inspection and acceptance activities.
The safety inspection team conducted a comprehensive safety inspection on the monitoring facilities, turnover warehouses, water and electricity, doors and windows, network cables and fire-fighting facilities of each store, conducted key investigations on potential safety hazards, and consulted the safety precautions of the heads of various departments.
During the inspection, it was found that the number of fire extinguishers in each store was sufficient and all were within the validity period. There is a safety warning for careful meeting on the stairs; Water and electricity can be used normally; Security monitoring has been installed in place. Once there is an emergency, the alarm will be immediately reported, which can fully play the role of alarm and deterrent. However, the inspection also found potential safety hazards. Some windows of Qiaoxi Branch and Chang 'an Branch need to be reinforced with anti-theft facilities, and glass partitions of Yuhua Branch need to be posted with anti-collision strips. The above hazards have been implemented by relevant personnel on site. Then the wind control department will follow up and review in time.
After the inspection, General Manager Shao Yong made a brief summary based on the situation of each branch. He emphasized that the safety management work must first improve political awareness and political positions; second, strengthen fire emergency drills, and can be rescued at any time in case of danger; third, Pay attention to the investigation of potential safety hazards, improve the management level of management personnel and the safety production awareness of front-line staff, and fourth, regularly track the rectification work, plug the loopholes in safety supervision in time, ensure good security management posture.
