On January 29, the State-controlled Food Company held its 2023 annual working meeting. The meeting summarized the work in 2023 and looked forward to the work in 2024. Liu Shuzhai, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of the company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Haining, deputy general manager.
At the meeting, Shang Peiran, deputy secretary of the party committee and executive deputy general manager of the company, on behalf of the management team, made a work report entitled "Cohesion, Cohesion, Endeavour, and Work Together to the Future. The report analyzes the current market situation, reviews the work in 2023, puts forward the highlights and deficiencies in the work, and arranges and deploys the work in 2024.

Looking forward to 2024, Liu Shuzhai proposed "one confidence, two musts and seven persistence". "One confidence": to strengthen the confidence of state-controlled food companies to continue to develop well. "Two Musts": First, it is necessary to consolidate the basic plate of the company's existing operations to ensure smooth operation and improve quality; Second, it is necessary to expand the growth plate of the company's medium-and long-term operations to ensure strategic leadership and layout. "Seven insistence": first, adhere to strengthening the party's leadership; second, adhere to emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts; third, adhere to the strategic focus on the main business; fourth, adhere to the pursuit of benefits and create value; fifth, adhere to the strengthening of management to prevent and control risks; sixth, adhere to the optimization of the organization to introduce talents; seventh, adhere to the cultural construction of cohesion.
The meeting also commended the annual advanced departments and advanced individuals. Members of the company's leadership team and all employees attended the meeting.
