In order to improve the overall quality of all employees, build a learning organization, and improve service quality, on July 24, the State-controlled Food Company held a training course on "Corporate Culture-the basis of being a qualified employee". A total of 88 employees of the company participated in the training. Liu Shuzhai, deputy secretary of the party committee, vice chairman, and general manager of the State Control Food Company, made an opening speech, expounding the necessity and importance of training and learning, and calling on all employees to actively change and improve themselves and develop the habit of active learning. In this training, senior enterprise management lecturer Huang Haijian was invited to give lectures on the relevant contents of "Integration into Enterprise Culture-Basis of Being a Qualified Employee. The course is taught from four aspects: overview of cultural knowledge, analysis of corporate culture, why there is corporate culture, and requirements for integrating into corporate culture. The participation of trainees is improved through case analysis and video watching. The atmosphere of classroom interaction is active, the combination of classroom teaching and on-site experience, the training effect is remarkable, and it has received unanimous praise from the trainees.
Through this training, the state-controlled food people reviewed the representative elements of the five thousand years of Chinese culture and the concept of corporate culture derived from it, awakened the deep feelings of patriotism and love for the enterprise, aroused the enthusiasm for learning from passive to active, made their value orientation similar to that of the enterprise, and made their heart more calm. The majority of employees have realized the principle of "one year of enterprise depends on luck, ten years of enterprise depends on operation, and one hundred years of enterprise depends on culture". They have enhanced their sense of mission and responsibility, improved their professional knowledge level and broadened their horizons. They have expressed that they should work hard in the future to create a better tomorrow for the state-controlled food company with a more solid working attitude and dedication spirit.
