State-controlled Food Company Launches 2020 Middle-level Cadre Debriefing and Evaluation Conference

With the steady progress of the company's work, in order to seek better and faster development, further unify thinking, build consensus, and enhance the ability of middle-level cadres to perform their duties. On the afternoon of December 3, the State-controlled Food Company held the 2020 Middle-level Cadre Debriefing Conference in the large conference room on the second floor, which comprehensively summarized the work completed by various departments in the past year. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Guoqiang, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board. Li Huilin, chairman of the board of directors of state controlled commerce and trade, Guo Shiping, deputy secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Liang Meng, assistant to the general manager, attended the meeting. A total of 97 leading groups, middle-level cadres and employees attended the meeting.
A total of 30 middle-level cadres reported on their work in this conference. In the form of PPT, they respectively stated the basic situation of the department's work in the past year from the perspectives of morality, ability, diligence, performance, integrity and learning. They focused on the highlights and innovations of the department's work and put forward the work plan for 2021. Everyone's debriefing report pays attention to specific examples, is clear in organization and accurate in data. It not only objectively shows the department's achievements, but also dares to find out the deficiencies and puts forward improvement measures. The debriefing report was brilliant, each with its own characteristics and applause. After all the debriefing, the leadership team, middle-level cadres and employees will evaluate and draw votes for the middle-level cadres in combination with their daily work and debriefing.
Comrade Zhao Guoqiang made a concluding speech at the conference, in which he affirmed the efforts and outstanding achievements of middle-level cadres in 2020, because 2020 is an extraordinary year, the company has experienced epidemic prevention and control, deepening reform, expanding business, everyone is playing their part. He asked middle-level cadres to further "clear responsibilities, fine business, strong management, strict requirements". The debriefing conference strengthened the learning and communication between departments and improved the comprehensive ability of middle-level cadres. The person in charge of each department should lead the department personnel to work hard, play an exemplary and leading role, be grateful, have the spirit of unity and cooperation, and work hard to jointly write the new development and new achievements of state-controlled food in the new era and new journey.
