Combining with the implementation of various decisions and deployments of Hebei's national control, we will deploy at a high position, promote from a high starting point, and continuously deepen and implement theme education.
One is to focus on the requirements of the goals and use the Party's innovative theory to concentrate and forge the soul. Strengthen top-level design, establish a leadership structure led by the main leaders, organize and hold two themed education leadership group meetings, study and deploy, and vigorously promote. Develop a "1+6" work plan, and the National Control Commerce and Trade Headquarters and its affiliated enterprises will hold 5 themed education reading classes, conduct 40 collective learning sessions on the "first topic" and the Party Committee's theoretical learning center group, organize 5 themed Party Day activities, and 3 themed Party classes. Adhere to reading original works, understanding principles, learning ideology, and strengthening party spirit, further enhance the political judgment, comprehension, and execution abilities of party members and leading cadres. The second is to deepen inspection and rectification around high-quality development. Adhering to a problem oriented and goal oriented approach, we extensively solicit opinions and suggestions through various means such as on-site research and holding symposiums. In particular, we have persisted in opening doors to solicit opinions, distributing more than 30 forms of solicitation, and soliciting 12 suggestions. Among them, there are 5 suggestions related to the company's development. We have sorted out the collected suggestions one by one, established a ledger, closely monitored the goals, and made strict efforts to rectify them. As of now, 5 problems have been solved, Other suggestions are also being vigorously promoted, and the rectification task will be fully completed by the end of August to ensure that the inspection and rectification have achieved practical results. The third is to conduct investigation, research, and reform and innovation around the transformation of achievements. Focusing on key tasks such as increasing revenue from independent brands of Hebei Salt and Gankao Liquor, six research topics have been identified. Members of the leadership team have established research teams to conduct in-depth research and learning in their respective enterprises and benchmark units. Three problems have been identified, and three corrective measures have been formulated. Currently, two problems have been solved, and the remaining one is being accelerated to be resolved within the designated responsibility period. The achievement rate of the total profit target of Guokong Trading at the end of June was 125.24%, effectively promoting the high-quality development of the company through the effectiveness of theme education.
